At last! A barn with an apartment – not a make-shift loft conversion, but a barn with a well-planned living space. We took our Denali standard series with a 9/12 roof pitch with 20” overhangs all around and designed it with a legal, engineered residence. A full length shed dormer, two 4’ gable dormers and an insulation-friendly roof system help make it the best barn apartment plan on the market.

This model also comes with ten windows, and a French-style single door leading to a 6’x 12’ cedar balcony for plenty of light. With a safety-rated entrance door and blueprints showing the separation of barn and residence, we can guarantee your blueprints will pass code. The 36’ x 24’ Denali Apt 24 has two stalls, wash and tack. It has a 12’6” sidewall that provides clearance under the 12’ x 24’ shed roof off the side of the barn.  All stalls have Barn Pros’ heavy duty galvanized stall fronts (powder coating optional), chew protection, solid rubber stall mats and Dutch door turnouts. The apartment series can also be ordered without horse stalls.
