The Huntington Barn Apartment makes for the perfect getaway retreat. At approximately 1,500 total square feet, this garage and home combination building is perfect for a guest cabin or fulltime residence. These clients chose to add a second shed roof and enclose it for additional space on the shop floor. The other shed roof serves as a large covered porch and entertaining space. They also worked with their builder to incorporate a deck off the rear of the structure. The full length shed dormer brings in views of the neighboring vineyard to the west and the 12′ gable dormer looks over the vast tree line to the east.
