One of the most important steps in our process is the delivery of your package. From the time your Barn Pros package is wrapped, strapped and dry- loaded on semi-truck(s) to the time you have it safely unloaded at your location, a coordinated team effort is involved. During the transportation process the security and protection of your Barn Pros package is our #1 concern. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that your package is loaded properly and the component list is double checked for accuracy.
Since problems can arise when shipping by common carrier, Barn Pros has formed an alliance with vendors with proven client’s satisfaction. Our shipping partners work with us to keep your delivery costs as low as possible. Because we use trucking company vendors that have their own vehicles and trained drivers, we can maintain control of your shipment providing unmatched continuity of product distribution. We know where your package is and who will be delivering it to you. Only in a rare case with extenuating circumstances will your shipment change trucks after we load it or be delivered by someone outside of our delivery team.
You will be notified of an estimated delivery time and alerted immediately to any changes in that schedule. Communication is vital throughout this process. You will be advised what equipment you may need, if any, to unload your package. We ask that you are prepared for the delivery when it arrives. We depend on you to provide adequate ingress and egress to the delivery site; suitable for the truck(s) to come and go without delay. When you call for a quote, we can quickly calculate a rate to your area. Out of state (Washington State) purchases are exempt from state sales tax and in many cases this more than offsets shipping costs.

Given the custom nature of our product offering, some items purchased from the Barn & Home Store may require 4-6 weeks of lead time. Please note that the customer is responsible for unloading delivery truck by hand or by forklift at the expense of the customer.
Standard Ground Shipments:
Most orders under 110 pounds that do not exceed 8 ft. in length are shipped via ground transportation by either UPS or USPS.
Truck Freight Shipments:
Orders shipped via freight require purchaser (or person(s) designated by purchaser) be present for delivery to accept and off-load shipment. A delivery appointment will be scheduled with the carrier in advance. Some orders may be unloaded by hand; carriers provide a lift gate in some cases. Large orders may require the use of a forklift (at purchaser’s expense) available through a local rental company.
Deliveries to Washington State are subject to applicable sales tax. International deliveries do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Will Call Orders:
In the event that you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse in Monroe, WA, please ensure you have adequate space and load capacity to transport your item(s). Barn Pros will load your order, but it is your responsibility (as the customer) to secure the load using straps (tie downs) to prevent product damage, personal injury, or damage to other vehicles. Pick ups are by appointment only, please call a representative to schedule.
Items eligible for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee, must be in original packaging, and sellable condition. Special order, drop ship and custom merchandise may not be returned. Any and all fees associated with returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: shipping, freight, load/unload, packaging, carrier, fees and charges. Please contact Barn Pros customer service for return authorization and we will gladly assist with the return process.
Damages & Shortages:
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. Note any changes, shortages, overages, or damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt . If damage or shortage is noted, please contact your sales representative immediately. If damage is unable to be repaired you have the right to refuse the item(s). Please note that taking photos of the damage or delivery is always helpful.
