With the appeal of a traditional rustic barn look on the outside and 1,728 square feet of unobstructed shop space on the inside, the Tradesman 48 Shop in King George, Virginia features a whimsical Lighthouse Cupola and 12’6” sidewall providing ample storage. The walls are constructed of 2” Douglas fir tongue and groove lumber with customer-supplied metal siding at the upper gable ends.
Three optional roll up garage doors allow for tractors, vehicles and trailers to be stored inside of the spacious shop as well as two sets of handmade traditional barn breezeway doors and two entrance doors for personal access. With this amount of space, owners will have no trouble using this pre-engineered shop for storage, parking and creating new projects.

The Tradesman sets the standard for shop/ garage space. A 36' width with 14'6" sidewalls can accommodate up to three garage doors on the front of the shop and shed roofs can be added to one or both sides for even more storage space.
