As an architect by trade, Rick was happy with how solid the design and build quality is.
Being a skilled architect and knowing the ins and outs of the industry also served Rick as he was able to complete all the interior work on their Huntington himself. This allowed them to do some aftermarket* modifications such as the deck, Juliette balcony, and Colorado grown beetle kill pine covered ceiling. We’re thrilled to see how they’ve been enjoying their new home and all the compliments they receive on its beauty.
